The Loss-in-weight feeding technology Wuxi K-Tron will present includes single, twin screw, liquid Loss-in-weight feeders and belt feeder. These product lines can be widely applied to various industries such as engineering pellet, BOPP film, chemical, master batch, fiber, cable industries, etc. It is able to feed various materials such as pellets, powder, the mixture of pellet and powder, etc. with large feeding capacity and high feeding accuracy.

Colormax Systems Loss-in-weight feeder uses advanced micro-processor control technology developed by our international R&D department to deliver precise result for your process needs. The micro-processor controller has totally eliminated the low weighing sample time and poor accuracy found on PLC controller.

The loss-in-weight feeders deliver the ingredients in a preset ratio, set in the operator interface or downloaded from the host computer through the WKC-HMI. All the process relevant parameters for each feeder are stored in the appropriate recipe.

The on-machine WKC KC-SCB controller combines the function of motor drive and feeder control in a compact package. The WKC-HMI allows for recipe storage and recall providing greater flexibility. The user interface for controls and displays allows up to 8 feeders on a line and allows for communication with the host DCS system.

Functionally, this controller supports host communication: Via Modbus Protocol and supports to communicate with Operation Interface. Both of Loss-in-weight continuous and batch application are available.
